Their range of tailored NATUZYM® enzyme formulations are ready-to-use for optimising many applications in fruits & vegetables processing and wine making. DELTAZYM®
and DELTABREW® enzyme products enhance carbohydrate-based applications such as the production of sweetener from starch, bioethanol, potable alcohol, malts and beer. For dairy, WeissBioTech offers a range of Milk-O® enzymes.
